This policy explains how Yes2Health Fitness Club (“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through this website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Maltese data protection law.

Who we are

Yes2Health Fitness Club operates two gyms in Malta: Triq Windsor, Tas-Sliema and Triq l-Imdina, Ħal Qormi. For any question about your personal data, contact us at info@yes2healthfitnessclub.com or on +356 7942 1923.

What data we collect and why

• Contact form. If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred location, what you are interested in, and your message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry.
• Emails and phone calls. If you write or call us, we keep the correspondence needed to deal with your request.
• Technical data. Our web hosting provider automatically records technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the website secure and working.
• Chat assistant. The chat assistant on this website answers common questions (prices, opening hours, locations, classes) using answers built into the page, which run in your browser. We do not store your chat messages. If we ever connect the assistant to an external AI service, we will update this policy first.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data to respond to your request and to take steps you ask for before joining (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and for our legitimate interest in running and securing our website and answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Where the law requires us to keep certain records, we process data to meet that obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. The fonts used on this website are stored on our own server, so your browser does not contact Google or other font services to display them. Links to Facebook and Instagram take you to those websites, which have their own privacy policies.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We use service providers that process data on our behalf: our web hosting and email provider (Simply.com) and our email service (Google). They only process data to provide those services. We may disclose data where required by law.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email info@yes2healthfitnessclub.com. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta at idpc.org.mt.

Security

The website uses HTTPS, and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
